Held at the United Nations Headquarters and the New York Hilton Midtown, the National High School Model United Nations (NHSMUN) is the world's largest Model UN conference, with hundreds of schools and thousands of delegates attending from around the world. NHSMUN is known for its diverse, prestigious attendees, its world-class staff, and its engaging committee simulations of proven substantive quality. NHSMUN 2017 Details

Registration for NHSMUN 2017 runs from October 1 through October 15. If you missed the opportunity to register, please visit our Registration Page to find out whether you can still join our conference or choose to add your name to our wait list. Please contact SG Jennifer Padilla (sg.nhsmun@imuna.org) with any questions that you might have. Our 2017 conference will feature a number of exciting enhancements to our standard offering. It is shaping up to be our best conference yet!
Fees to attend NHSMUN are as follows: (a) $95 per participant; (b) $95 per delegation; (c) $75 per school. Hotel fees are $329 per night for a room with one king bed and a sleeper sofa (1-3 people) and $379 per night for a room with two double beds (2-4 people). NHSMUN 2017 will consist of two identical sessions: Friday, March 10 to Monday, March 13 and Wednesday, March 15 to Saturday, March 18, 2017. Sessions will take place at the New York Hilton (conference headquarters) as well as at the United Nations Headquarters. All participants, except for schools located in New York City, are required to stay at the New York Hilton. Instructions for reserving rooms at the discounted conference rate will be made available to accepted groups in November. Our standard registration process runs from October 1 though October 15. You will navigate to our online registration portal, indicate your preferred set of dates, and select the countries and committees that you would most like to represent. You will then pay a deposit fee to secure your registration, and our Secretary-General and Director-General team will make country assignments, provide Background Guides, and share a suite of digital resources to guide students as they prepare for the world's premier Model UN conference experience!
