Held at the United Nations Headquarters and the New York Hilton Midtown, the National High School Model United Nations (NHSMUN) is the world's largest Model UN conference, with hundreds of schools and thousands of delegates attending from around the world. NHSMUN Details

Pre-registration is open now! During pre-registration, which is optional, you may reserve seats for the upcoming 2018 NHSMUN conference. No financial commitment is required. In order to pre-register, scroll to the top of this page and click the "Pre-Register" button. Our regular registration will begin on October 1 and is required for all schools. If you have any questions, please contact our Secretary-General, Allison Koehler. We hope you can join us!
NHSMUN 2018 will have a participant fee of $105 per person. Hotel costs are $329 per night for a room with one king bed and a sleeper sofa (maximum of 3 people) and $379 per night for a room with two double beds (maximum of 4 people). NHSMUN 2018 will consist of two identical sessions: Friday, March 2 to Monday, March 5, 2018 and Wednesday, March 7 to Saturday, March 10, 2018. Schools may request their choice of session. Both sessions will take place at the New York Hilton Midtown (conference headquarters) as well as at the United Nations Headquarters. All participants, except for schools located in New York City, are required to stay at the New York Hilton. Instructions for reserving rooms at the conference rate will be made available to accepted groups in November. Our optional pre-registration begins on May 15 and allows you to reserve seats without any financial commitment required. Our regular registration begins on October 1. During our regular registration process, you will navigate to our online registration portal, select your preferred conference session dates, and indicate the countries and committees that you would most like to be assigned. You will then pay a deposit fee to secure your registration, and our Secretary-General and Director-General team will make country assignments, provide Background Guides, and share a suite of digital resources to guide students as they prepare for the world's premier Model UN conference experience!
